NMCLA offers a high school program for students from grade 9 to grade 12. We base our academics on the Individualized Mastery Level Learning with enhanced Canadian content: all curriculum is charted and graded on an individual basis. Students are taught at a level that is appropriate to their academic achievement and individual requirements. A student can move to the next level as soon as the requirements are met.
Our curriculum allows our students to develop creative and critical thinking skills, study skills and personal goals. Core curriculum consists of Math, Social Studies , Science, English and Language Building. Our curriculum also offers a wide variety of enrichment subjects such as Animal Science, Literature, Creative Writing, Physical Education and Religious History. Other subjects that we offer at times throughout the year are French, Music, Art and Drama.
Our high school program effectively prepares students to move on to higher education, and our graduates have been accepted to many colleges and universities.
